They are one of the warmest couple I have ever met, but they are also two very hip and happy latinos. They are from New York City, from which they came for their engagement pictures in Old San Juan, but I had met them a year ago, when they came to meet me and for setting details for the wedding. We had great time that day! See some of those photos below after the wedding here.
Then came the BIG DAY! Just this past Sunday, I had the honor of witnessing their beautiful destination wedding and capture the whole story! Their destination of choice was the Villa Montana Resort in Isabela, located at the extreme west coast of the island. When I arrived, I was greeted by Miguel the groom, who was happy to see me, as well as VERY nervous! He pointed the way to the bridal suit to see Yesenia, the bride. She was surrounded by all her bridesmaids when I started taking the getting ready shots, and she looked so amazing in her beautiful dress! Here are just some, out of so many of my favorites:

Although they had announced for rain, the beach side scene for the ceremony was still dry and looking good. They were all anxiously waiting for the bride and I got a few shots of emotional moments of the groom, as well as the bride and her parents, who walked her down the isle.

THE GROOM SIMPLY COULD NOT CONTAIN HIS EMOTION AND FEELINGS ANY LONGER!

The ceremony took place at the beach side gazebo, overlooking the sea:

Moments of the ceremony and the exchange of the vows:

My personal favorite of them just married, is this one in black & white, which depicts a classic moment frozen in time.

Hugs, kisses and tears followed, when everyone congratulated the newly weds:

We took advantage of the fact that it never did rain!… and we headed to the beach for some pictures:

THEN IT WAS PARTY TIME!!
A song broke out and suddenly the bride and groom started dancing their way into the reception area:

Yesenia & Miguel. I wiish you both the BEST of THE BEST! ….And a very happy marriage and LIFE together!!!
